When do I need an external relay module instead of the internal relay?
The built-in internal relay in the intercom device is suitable for controlling a single door or lock.
If you need to control multiple devices or entry points, or integrate with larger systems, we recommend an external relay like the Robin Webrelay.
The Robin Webrelay extends the relay control to up to 4 devices, all controlled independently.
