How to add a transmitter to an XPL receiver

How do I add a transmitter to an XPL receiver?



To add a transmitter to the memory of a CDVI XPL receiver, follow these simple steps: 
  1. To add a transmitter, press and hold the P1 button to enter the menu.
  2. Once you have entered the menu, release P1 and then press it again to enter the memory.
  3. Press P1 a third time to select Relay 1. The receiver then waits for the transmitter button to be pressed.
  4. Press the button on the transmitter.
  5. Once registered, use the P2 button to scroll down and exit the memory. Press P1 to confirm and exit.
  6. Once back in the menu, scroll again using P2 to exit the menu. Press P1 to confirm and exit.
  7. Finally, press the transmitter button to test and check the receiver has memorised it.
If you see the message  >>>RF<<<  this indicates that the transmitter has not been recognised by the receiver.
