How do I delete a transmitter from an XPL receiver?



To delete a transmitter from the memory of a CDVI XPL receiver, simply follow these steps: 
  1. Press and hold the P1 button to enter the menu.
  2. Scroll down using P2 until you reach Delete.
  3. Then press P1 to confirm your selection.
  4. In the Delete menu, select Delete Tx by pressing P1. The receiver then waits for the transmitter button to be pressed.
  5. Press the button on the transmitter you want to delete from the memory.
  6. To confirm the deletion, use P2 to scroll and select Yes, then press P1 to confirm. 
  7. The transmitter has now been deleted from the memory. 
  8. Press P2 to scroll through the Delete menu to the Exit option, and press P1 to confirm. 
  9. Then scroll again using P2 through the main menu to the Exit option, and press P1 to fully exit the menu.
You can check that the transmitter has been successfully deleted by pressing the button on the transmitter. If you see the message >>>RF<<< you can be sure that the receiver has failed to recognise the transmitter.
