How does the call flow work with CyberGate?

CyberGate is the gateway that bridges SIP devices such as Robin intercoms with the Microsoft Teams environment. CyberGate licence(s) are required for a successful integration.

When the intercom initiates a SIP call, it is sent to CyberGate. CyberGate then routes the call to the configured Microsoft Teams users, groups, or call queues.

The intercom does not register directly to Microsoft Teams. It registers to the CyberGate platform, which handles communication with Microsoft Teams.
