How to set up users with credentials and access levels in ATRIUM

How do I set up a new user in ATRIUM and assign credentials and access levels?



To set up a new user in the ATRIUM portal and assign them access cards/tags and access levels, follow the steps below.
NOTE: In order to complete this process, you will need to pre-load credentials and pre-define access levels.
  1. First, open the ATRIUM portal on your device. 
  2. Then, in the Dashboard tab, click Users.
  3. Click Add to create a new user, and enter their first and last names in the dialogue box. 
  4. In the Credentials tab of the dialogue box, click Assign.
  5. Select the card(s) and/or tag(s) you want to assign to that user, then click OK.
  6. Then, click to the Access Levels tab in the dialogue box. 
  7. Click Assign, and select the access levels you want the user to have. 
  8. Click OK, and when all credentials and access levels have been set, click Save.
  9. The new user has now been successfully set up, and will appear in the Users list.
