How do I add a card or tag to my ATRIUM installation from the reader?

To register a new access credential (card/tag) on your ATRIUM system, follow these steps: 

1. First, open the ATRIUM web portal on your device.
   
2. Then, hold the credential you wish to add up to the installed reader.
   
3. The reader will not recognise the credential and access will be denied.
   
4. When you do this, go back to the ATRIUM web portal - the credential you have just used will appear in the Events list in  red  (to indicate that access was denied).
   
5. To add the credential, click the Add button next to it. 
   
6. When the dialogue box opens, give the credential a Display Name and click Save. 
   
7. The new credential will now appear in the Cards list at the top of the ATRIUM web portal. 
   
8. That's it! You've successfully added a new card/tag using the reader.
