Which audio and video codecs should be used with VoIP services?

Video codecs
For the best combination of video quality and bandwidth usage, we recommend H.264 video codec.
In addition, we recommend video resolution of 640x480 and a bitrate between 512 and 1024kbps to ensure stable performance.
