When I press the call button I get three beeps and the statement ‘user unavailable’

The most likely cause for this problem is that the 2EASY monitor has not been set up as part of a kit system. You can quickly fix this issue by following these simple steps:

  1.  Touch the 2EASY monitor to bring up the main screen.
  2. From there, select Settings, and then Installer.
  3. Then, select Current Address and set this to 00.
  4. Save this setting, exit the menus, and test the call button again.
