2EASY CDV43 door unlocks straightaway when called

When I answer a call on my CDV-43 monitor, the door unlocks straightaway. How do I turn this function off?

First, check to see if the Do Not Disturb button is flashing. If it is flashing, touch and hold the Unlock button for ten seconds until the light turns off. This should resolve your problem.
