What SIP settings are required for CyberGate?
CyberGate acts as a bridge between Microsoft Teams and the Robin intercom.
Before integrating, you must register your intercom device on the CyberGate platform.
Once registered, CyberGate will automatically generate a SIP username and password. These credentials must then be configured in the intercom.
Other typical configurations include:
- SIP protocol: TCP
- SIP proxy: cybergate.cybertwice.com
- Port: 5060
- Line ID: Equal to the CyberGate display name
- Username: Generated by CyberGate when you registered the device
- Password: Generated by Cybergate when you registered the device
- Registration: Enabled

You will know that the integration connection is successful when you see Registered in the SIP registration status.
