What indicates a successful SIP connection?
The Control menu in the Robin web portal shows both the SIP registration status and any active call information in real time.
When the SIP connection is successful, you will see the registration status in the intercom web portal labelled Registered.
What is the SIP registration fails?
If you don't see this and the SIP registration fails, try these following steps:
- Verify the credentials have been copied correctly.
- Check the SIP server address and port.
- Temporarily disable repeated registration attempts - this will stop the registration failing due to IP blocking by the VoIP service.
