What do I need before integrating the intercom with Microsoft Teams?
Integrating the Robin intercom with Microsoft Teams requires an external licence for the CyberGate cloud-based gateway platform. This acts as a bridge between Teams and SIP devices such as the intercom.
You will need a valid CyberGate licence and a configured domain or WAN IP. This ensures that CyberGate only accepts connections from authorised locations. It allows SIP traffic to be routed correctly from the intercom.
In addition, you must register the device on the CyberGate platform in order to operate the integration correctly.

To add a device in the CyberGate portal, navigate to Devices, and then select Add Device. Then, define key parameters such as Display Name, Type, and Location.
