What is the warranty for DIGIWAY products?
The CDVI DIGIWAY Plus (DWPS102U) and DIGIWAY SR (DWSR102U) are guaranteed against
faulty design and manufacture, excluding fair wear and tear, for two years.
Repair to any faulty unit will be carried out at our workshop in High Wycombe.
Please note: damage to the motor drive circuits of the DIGIWAY Plus caused by
incorrect use (pushing and pulling of the door while in motion) is not covered
under warranty as this is deemed as abuse. A Service Exchange unit is available
for out of box failures and immediate replacement if return for repair is not
viable.
