How to install the V3E35R maglock in the AH3 architectural housings

The V3E35R is a mortice mount magnet for use with the AH3 series of architectural maglock housings. 

This is a visual guide to installing the magnets into the housings. 

1. These are the parts required to mount the maglock into the AH3 housing.


2. First, you must assemble the 2mm spacer to the compression screw as shown. 


3. Next, screw the assembly into the back of the maglock using the centre hole. 


4. After, screw the compression screw into the maglock completely as shown. 


5. Slide the maglock with the compression screw fitted into the location slot cable. Connect the maglock to a power supply before fitting. 


6. Centre the maglock in the location slot. 


7. Using a 2.5mm allen key tighten the screw until the maglock is locked into position. 


8. The maglock is now locked into position.
