The door station unlocks immediately as soon as a call is made. How do I prevent this?

This is an auto-unlock feature which is sometimes accidentally enabled on the CDV-43 monitor models. When your monitor rings, the unlock icon appears on the monitor for you to press to allow entry. If you tap or press it briefly, it unlocks the door once. However, if it is held down for a longer period of time, it enables the auto-unlock feature.

To reverse this, hold down the unlock button again for ten seconds.
