The desktop fingerprint reader does not light up when I try to enrol a fingerprint.
If the desktop reader is connected to the computer, but does not light up when you try to enrol a fingerprint, it could be a software issue. If you are able to, check that all the correct desktop drivers and C++ files have been installed onto the administrator computer. Check also that the IP address(es) of the ievo Interface Board(s) are saved in the correct place in the ievo software.
If you are unsure where or how to find this information, contact the engineer who installed the system.
