My web portal is unresponsive. What should I do?
First, ask your installer whether your ATRIUM system has been set to DHCP, or whether you have been given a fixed IP address.
Your installer will then be able to help you troubleshoot your unresponsive portal.
If problems persist, please raise a support ticket so that we can investigate further.
