My 2EASY monitor has stopped ringing. How do I fix it?
There are a number of reasons why your monitor may not be
ringing.
First, check that the Do Not Disturb function is not
enabled.
If this does not resolve the issue, check the Monitor
Address under Settings > Installer > Current Address. For the master monitor, this should be set to 00 or 00.00. If it is not set
this way, change the address and check the system again.

If neither of these resolve the problem, you may need to
contact your installer and ask them to look at the system in more detail.
