My 2EASY app is not working. How do I fix it?
One of the reasons why your 2EASY app may not be working could be the operating system on your smartphone.
When we develop apps, we work according to
specifications and guidelines provided by Apple and Google. Among other things, these stipulate that new apps and updates to existing apps must be developed using the
latest versions of iOS and Android operating systems.
We advise that you always use our apps with the
most recent version of iOS or Android to avoid problems with the app functionality and to
enhance security.
Check on your smartphone that you are running the latest operating system. If not, run the updates and check your app again.
