Mobile-PASS: Why is my license not showing up or showing as pending after I have added it to the app?

A Mobile-PASS license needs to be activated before it can be used. If you are not physically at the site where the access control system is installed, your license will be in pending mode until it is activated on-site. 

To complete the activation:
  1. Go to the access control site.
  2. Open the ATRIUM BT app.
  3. As soon as one of the Bluetooth readers detects your smartphone in the vicinity, your Mobile-PASS activation will be complete.
