Mobile-PASS: Why has activation failed when I scanned my device at the Bluetooth reader?
If you are setting up Mobile-PASS and activating a license by scanning your device at the Bluetooth-enabled reader, and the activation has failed, make sure that:
- you are using a CDVI Bluetooth reader (K2) or keypad (K3) to register the Mobile-PASS.
- the ATRIUM BT application is open and you have clicked on the Scan button.
- you hold your phone right up to the reader and wait for the green checkmark to appear.
- your phone’s NFC feature is turned on.
