Mobile-PASS: Why has activation failed when I scanned my device at the Bluetooth reader?

If you are setting up Mobile-PASS and activating a license by scanning your device at the Bluetooth-enabled reader, and the activation has failed, make sure that:
  1. you are using a CDVI Bluetooth reader (K2) or keypad (K3) to register the Mobile-PASS.
  2. the ATRIUM BT application is open and you have clicked on the Scan button.
  3. you hold your phone right up to the reader and wait for the green checkmark to appear.
  4. your phone’s NFC feature is turned on.
