Mobile-PASS: Why can't I see or select the Biometric unlock mode?

Your smartphone has to be equipped with a biometric recognition function. This could be facial recognition or fingerprint authentication.

If your smartphone is not equipped with a biometric function, this unlock mode will not be available.

If you are not sure, verify with your phone manufacturer.
