Mobile-PASS: Why are doors not unlocking?

If you have set up and activated your Mobile-PASS licenses, but the doors are not unlocking, see here some possible solutions:
  1. Make sure the app is open when trying to unlock a door
  2. Check that Bluetooth and/or NFC are turned on.
  3. Make sure you are trying to unlock the door from the Home Page and not the Door Settings page.
  4. Double check the unlock mode and the unlock distance.
  5. Step out and back into the reader detection zone.
