I have added a new Interface Board to the system, but registered fingerprints aren't being recognised.

A new Interface Board will not automatically download the existing fingerprint database from the other boards.

You will need to back up the database of an existing board using the ievo network tool, and then restore it to the new board.

All the existing fingerprints will then be added to the new Board.

Any newly enrolled fingerprints after that will be transferred to all the Boards in the system.
