How to activate the ATRIUM Floor Plan Manager (AFPLAN) licence
1. Log into the ATRIUM Web Server.
Only a user with "installer" rights can activate a licence.
2. Once logged in, click at the top right of the browser window on your user icon and select 'Switch to Expert Mode'.
3. From the configuration menu, click on 'Licence'.
4. Click on the '+' button and select 'Load licence from card'.
2. Activating the Licence Card
The Floor Plan Manager Licence card can only be read by a KRYPTO (K2, K3, K4) reader. If you do not own a KRYPTO reader, follow the instructions further down.
With a KRYPTO reader
1. Select a KRYPTO reader in your system where you will scan your Floor Plan Manager licence card.
2. Present the the Floor Plan Manager licence card to the reader within 30 seconds.
3. The system will ask to reboot the Master Controller.
Click 'Yes' to complete the activation of your licence.
Once the reboot is done, your licence will be activated
Without a KRYPTO reader
1. Contact Technical Support to receive your unique licence key.
2. Copy paste your licence key into the field.
3. The system will ask to reboot the Master Controller.
Click 'Yes' to complete the activation of your licence.

3. Configure the Floor Plan Manager
Once the reboot is done, the Floor Plan Manager menu will be available in 'Configuration'.
1. Click on 'Configuration' and select the sub-menu 'Floor Plan' to start configuring your floor plan.
2. Upload the click & drag door status icons on your floor plan. The accepted formats are .jpg and .png (1MB max).
