How does the intercom obtain an IP address?

By default the intercom uses DHCP to automatically obtain an IP address from the network. 

However if required for the network environment, a static IP address can be assigned to the intercom. 

The IP address of the intercom can also be used to access the Robin web portal. Just enter the IP address into a web browser. Most common modern web browsers, such as Chrome, Safari, and Firefox, are supported.
