How do intercom calls work?
When a visitor presses a call button on the intercom device, the intercom initiates a call. The destination of the call is predefined in the connected telephony system.
Once the call is answered, two-way audio is established and, if supported, live video is displayed from the intercom camera. The receiving user and the visitor can then communicate directly with one another.
