How do I create a user for the Robin intercom in the VoIP service?
In your VoIP service admin portal, such as 3CX, create a new extension.
Then, assign the extension to the intercom device.
This extension will be used for SIP registration and call routing.
After the extension is created, the VoIP service automatically generates the SIP username and password.
You must then enter these credentials into the intercom device.
