How do I contact Installer Support in my country?
UK & Ireland, Middle East & Africa
Installers of CDVI products who are based in the UK, the Republic of Ireland, the Middle East, or Africa can contact the CDVI UK Technical Support team.
Note: The UK Technical Support team only speak English. If you need help in another language, please get in touch with our colleagues in another country - see below for contact details.
There are multiple ways to access technical support:
- Submit a Ticket in the Support Centre. You can create an account for the Support Centre and submit Tickets for our Technical Support team to review. We will get back to you as soon as possible during our normal working hours when we have received your Ticket.
- Chat to us online. In the Support Centre or on the CDVI website, you can click the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to access our live web chat. We're available any time during our normal working hours.
- Call us. You can phone us at any time during our normal working hours to speak to Technical Support. Call us on our local lines at:
