1. Submit a Ticket in the Support Centre. You can create an account for the Support Centre and submit Tickets for our Technical Support team to review. We will get back to you as soon as possible during our normal working hours when we have received your Ticket. 
   
2. Chat to us online. In the Support Centre or on the CDVI website, you can click the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to access our live web chat. We're available any time during our normal working hours.
