Before initiating the Microsoft Teams integration, you must have a valid CyberGate licence. 

Once inside the CyberGate portal, you must also register your intercom device on the platform. 

To do this, navigate to Devices and then select Add Device. 

Then, define key parameters such as Display Name, Type, and Location. 

CyberGate will then automatically generate a SIP username and password once the device is registered. These are the credential you must configure in the intercom device to enable a successful integration.
