Do I need additional wiring for a door lock?
Yes.
An additional two-wire cable is required to connect an electronic door lock to the intercom.
The intercom is powered by PoE (Power over Ethernet). The intercom does not supply power to an electronic lock. In order to connect an electronic lock, you will also need an additional power supply for the lock.
