Adding a PIN code and Tags/cards to a Promi500/DGPROX

To add a PIN code to a Promi500 or DGPROX first make sure the unit is set to PIN & Proximity (*0 00) or PIN or Proximity (*0 02) .

A tag must be added in the location first, then instead of confirming the tag with a * enter a 5 digit pin code, then press # to exit programming.

For Example: Unit to be set for users to have a single PIN code and multiple proximity users.

Enter Master code twice (default 12345)

Set Mode for PIN or Prox - *0 then 02

For PIN users:

Enter first user location    - 000 then present tag/card (beep - led changes from green to orange)

Enter Pin Code to be used

For all other Proximity users:

Enter next location - 001 the present tag/card followed by * to confirm the device.

When finished enter # to exit programming mode.
